IMPEACHMENT

Well we are hearing those words again. Twice in the past year or so for the same President. President Donald J. Trump. Impeachment Pelosi, strikes again and and is going after the President. this woman will not stop. She is the most evil woman i have ever seen, other than Hillary Clinton!

What is IMPEACHMENT?

Impeachment is the process by which a legislative body addresses charges against a government official. National legislations differ regarding the definition and consequences of an impeachment. In many countries, for example those in Latin America, "impeachment" refers to a definitive destitution; a president in these jurisdictions is therefore only considered "impeached" when they had been definitely removed from office. In the United States, on the other hand, "impeachment" refers to a previous step, that of the authority's indictment; a U.S. president impeached by the House of Representatives remains in power while charges are addressed by the Senate, and may be found not guilty.

In the United States, impeachment is the equivalent of an indictment in criminal law; it is essentially a statement of charges against an official who remains in office during the trial. This differs from other countries where the official is provisionally removed as the process begins. An impeached official must face the possibility of conviction — in many jurisdictions, by another legislative vote — and a judgment that convicts the official on the articles of impeachment generally results in the official's definitive removal from office.

Because impeachment and conviction of officials involve an overturning of the normal constitutional procedures by which individuals achieve high office (election, ratification, or appointment) and because it generally requires a supermajority, they are usually reserved for those deemed to have committed serious abuses of their office. In the United States, for example, impeachment at the federal level is limited to those who may have committed "Treason, Bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors".

As far as I am concerned IMPEACHMENT PELOSI is abusing the Impeachment priviledge and should have charges brought up for just that.

Here are some videos and articles to give you a complete understanding of Impeachment.

I agree MG. Pelosi will be remembered for the Speaker of the People's House who tried twice to get President Trump out of office by impeaching him twice. The first time gor actually doing an investigation, having witness after witness testimony. But it wouldn't pass the Senate to try President Trump.

The second time will be the biggest joke for her. And if they by chance have a 3 government control for the first time in history of the United States of America. Unless they hold a gun or bribe people to vote for her. She will never hold an office again. A big waste of tax payers money. She should definitely be the one impeached for abusing her powers…
